Dry Cured Smoked Back Bacon

Smoked bacon cured with a special blend of salts, resulting in no water being added during the curing process. This allows the bacon to retain its texture and shape and creates very little residue whilst cooking.

All of our dry cured bacon is cured by our expert butchers.
